灯具EMC测试流程和标准。

灯具/照明产品的电磁兼容EMC包括电磁干扰EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)和电磁抗扰EMS(Electromagnetic Interference Susceptibility)


当今绝大多数电气照明产品都包含电子控制装置(变压器、电源、电子镇流器或驱动器,连接到低压电源),这些电子控制装置会在电路中会产生磁场,可能会在其周围的其他设备中引起电磁干扰,即EMI。比如在LED照明方面常见的EMC问题:干扰家里的其他电子设备,特别是视听设备,如电视、广播、电话通讯等。


另一方面,照明产品的使用环境中也会有来自各方面的电磁干扰,若产品自身的抗扰度不够,就会受外界的干扰造成产品运行不稳定,甚至损坏。此处所讲到的电磁抗扰度便是EMS。欧盟对这些照明产品实施了EMC监管,要求这些产品符合适用的EMC标准并加贴CE标志,才可在欧洲市场上销售。


EMC认证适用的灯具/照明产品包括:

灯管,球泡灯,隧道灯,工矿灯,路灯,日光灯,台灯,落地灯,吸顶灯,壁灯,灯罩,天花板射灯,橱柜照明灯,灯条,手电筒等。
